Now – if this don’t beat all! A madman met our boat when we landed. At first he worshipped Jesus, then he yelled at Jesus.
Jesus commanded the evil spirits to leave the madman. The evil spirits begged not to be sent away but into a herd of pigs.
Jesus did. And the herd of pigs promptly stampeded over the cliff and drowned in the sea. We disciples just stood there with our jaws hanging down! Again!!!
So we got some clothes for the guy and we all sat down and Jesus talked to the guy. It was amazing! A total transformation!!!
Then town folk showed up and demanded Jesus leave town – so Jesus didn’t argue but got in the boat. The changed man begged to come with us but Jesus told him to stay and tell everybody what God had done.
If that don’t beat all! Jesus – the “Come Follow Me” guy – tells this man “Stay and tell your story”.
